Armstrong & Fairburn Lending Services was established in 2005 by Stuart Armstrong and the late Stephen Fairburn. The business was founded to deliver quality, personalised lending advice in a constantly changing residential and commercial lending market.
While Stephen is sadly no longer with us, his vision and values remain an important part of our business today. Together, Stuart and Stephen built a business focused on integrity, client care, and expert financial guidance — principles we proudly continue.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Stuart brings clients the benefit of extensive knowledge gained through years with major banks and more than two decades as a mortgage broker.
