Armstrong & Fairburn Lending Services was established in 2005 by Stuart Armstrong and Stephen Fairburn.The business was created as we saw a need for quality lending advice for clients dealing with the constantly changing market of both residential and commercial lending.Both Stuart and Stephen both have in excess of 30 years of lending experience, both have worked for major banks and both have over 20 years of experience in brokering loans.Whilst we are paid by the banks for the introduction of business we represent you and our aim is to keep you up to date with the latest rates and trends throughout the market and give you an opportunity to take advantage of any good deals from any of the lending institutions in the market, not just your current lending institution.We will do all the work of mortgage shopping for you, so you can concentrate on making your move go smoothly. We will meet to discuss your needs, when and where you like, or handle everything over the phone if you prefer. We will take the time to explain all the steps and terms in plain English to make sure you're completely comfortable. Then we will shop for the best mortgage for you with Australia's leading banks and finance providers who will compete for the opportunity of funding your mortgage. In terms of qualifications, we are both are members of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia. (MFAA). We are both Accredited Mortgage Consultants of the MFAA. We have both completed the Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. We are both licensed under Mortgage Wisdom Pty Ltd as Credit Representatives and we are also members of the Credit Ombudsman Service.
